PARTS ADVISOR 

We are looking to recruit a Parts Advisor to join our award-winning aftersales team in Bandon Co. Cork. Working with our successful team, your challenge will be to contribute to our

parts growth by providing our customers with a solution that meets their unique

requirements. You should to be enthusiastic and able to work on own initiative. You will need to

possess excellent communication skills

The Role:

• Deal with aftersales customers on the phone, in person and online.

• Order, organise and maintain parts stock.

• Complete customers parts estimates in a timely manner.

• Co-ordinate daily parts deliveries.

• Conduct daily stock control checks.

• Maintain department housekeeping duties.

• Accurately identify, locate and pick parts for Trade and Retail customers.

• Maintaining and develop relationships with existing customers via telephone calls

and email.

The Candidate:

• Friendly, customer focused disposition

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Email)

• Drive to achieve results and to be involved in a variety of tasks which call for

accuracy and attention to detail

• You will have an excellent telephone manner, with the product knowledge to

interpret the customer’s needs and ensure that the right parts are sold to the

customer

• Ability to maintain quality operating procedures, adherence to rules and processes’

• Keyloop DMS experience desirable but not essential

• A technical background would be a distinct advantage
